UPS Access Point

Life isn't meant to be lived waiting for parcels so we've partnered with UPS to be one of their UPS Delivery Access Points.

• Use your UPS My Choice membership to redirect parcels to us before or after UPS' first delivery attempt.
• UPS may redirect your packages to us if you're not home at the time of delivery.
• We accept pre-paid UPS parcels.

If you're collecting a parcel, make sure that you have a Government issued form of photo ID with you like a drivers licence or passport.

If you're sending a parcel outside of the UK, including Amazon Returns, please note you will typically need to attach 3 Commercial Invoices to the side of the parcel in an envelope so that customs can access them. Please see UPS' website for further information.

If you need to contact us regards a parcel which has either been delivered here for collection or you have a question regards dropping a parcel here for UPS to collect then please email ups@uptonhomehardware.com along with the UPS tracking number where possible.
