We are a stockist for Flogas LPG Gas Cylinders & Bottles.
We are able to offer exchanges on Flogas cylinders as well any other cylinders within the Flogas group. A full list of those brands can be found here. Generally anything other than a Calor branded cylinder can be accepted for an exchange for the same type but please check list of brands in advance. We are not able to exchange Calor cylinders and you will need to contact a Calor stockist.
If you do not have a cylinder to exchange or would like an additional cylinder, you can take a new cylinder agreement on payment of a deposit. Deposits are refundable on return of the cylinder along with the cylinder agreement paperwork confirming it was taken out with us. We are not able to refund the cost of any unused gas.
If you have any unwanted Flogas or their other branded cylinders (but not Calor) and do not have any accompanying paperwork, then while we cannot provide a refund of the original deposit, we can send these back to Flogas free of charge whereas disposal of these at a local tip will normally incur charges.
